You only pay for work that's worth it. Here is exactly when money comes back.

What you paid	When you get it back
Free hours breakdown	Nothing to refund. It's free.
Audit ($500 founding, $1,500 standard)	Refunded in full if the audit finds less than 100 hours a month of work a computer can take. Otherwise it is credited in full: toward the first monthly fee for founding clients, toward setup for standard clients.
Setup fee (standard clients)	Refunded in full if the first workflow isn't running on real freight within 45 days of kickoff. The clock pauses while I'm waiting on access, data or approvals from you, for up to 30 days in total.
Monthly fee	Not refunded for months already started. Founding clients only start paying in the month the system first saves their team 100 hours.

The 100-hour guarantee

If the system isn't saving your team 100 hours a month by day 90, measured against the audit's baseline, I keep building at no extra charge until it is. Founding clients: if it still isn't there by day 150, either of us can walk away and nothing more is owed.

Cancelling

Founding clients have a 6-month term from the first paid month; standard clients a 12-month term. After the term the service runs month to month, and you can cancel any time by email before the next month starts.

How to ask for a refund

Email simao@simaomarques.com. Refunds go back the way you paid, within 10 business days of the refund being due. Your signed agreement holds the full terms and wins if anything here differs.
